I tried using my email and creating a new account and doesnt work     Doesnt work

Things change at a moments notice in the app Apple pay no longer available even though it worked perfectly there last two times Now its only credit card or PayPal Get it together        App is horrible

Couldnt even create an account Got error message 5 times error registering guest Gave up Dont really eat there just wanted 20 off Also note to Apple reviewers should be able to give zero stars to an app Cant even leave a review without giving at least one star Given that I cant even create an account this app deserved 0 stars     Crap

Needs serious improvements Was eating at the restaurant and went to login with ID and the restaurant was dumbfounded as to why and wouldnt bother to try to figure it out If your not willing to help with your app for YOUR customers then why bother creating one     Not able to login with ID

I have tried to order food for dinein using the app twice and neither order made it to the kitchen Instead of reducing the wait time it makes it a lot longer It is a waste of time     Do not order food with app

You have to have OS 8 or higher which is not right for the rest of us who have OS 7     App is a waste

I downloaded this app for the 5 off 25 promotion But I cant order what I want a custom pizza At a PIZZA restaurant you should be able to order PIZZA     Cant order custom pizza

Im at Bjs 4 times a week spend about 400 a month and Im a softwaredev this app is beyond sub standard Id fire the devs and the producer at Bjs responsible for the quality of this product I could not even create an account Got errors up the wazooo Wondering if Apple even tested this     Aweful Quality

My favorite restaurant app ever I wish they would bring back Apple Pay I love the points mobile pay mobile ordering and ordering ahead when in a rush                 Great app

They put a lot in there to leverage the mobile experience but why remove ApplePay It was so cool to buy dinner with my fingerprint           Diners want to know

After picking the restaurant where you want to place your order it would be a good idea to filter the options based on what is available at that restaurant Ordering a veggie burger ahead of time only to be told once you sit down that they dont serve veggie burgers at that location only beef or turkey can be frustrating The same applies to additional pizza toppings They have things like feta and spinach available but you need to know this ahead of time and type in special instructions to get them because they dont show up in the customize options for pizzas Their interface for adding favorites adds more steps than you should need You have to guess that in order to add something to favorites you need to slide the button next to add to favorites so it turns green first If you just tap on add to favorites it will change your view to the favorites and pop up a message saying you have no favorites Talk about unfriendly Why dont you just pop up a confirmation instead of forcing two buttons to be hit in succession This app provides order history as well But if you take the time to customize your order with different toppings or special instructions your saved favorite and order history will not keep any of this information making the whole reorder process useless unless you want to take the defaults for everything on the menu Good luck redeeming points if you end up with a server that doesnt care about you at all You can ask several times to redeem points for a discount on your bill and they will treat you like youre mute and never asked for anything This app needs to provide a way to redeem points for discounts during the checkout process without having to rely on an uncaring server When you check out through the app you will get an email receipt but this receipt will only show you the previsit totals no taxes and no tips if you choose to add a tip To get this you have to revisit the Mobile Pay section acknowledge the annoying popup that there are no outstanding bills tap on payment history and then email the receipt from there This will include the taxes and tips but it takes extra steps Why force us to email the receipt to see the details Why not just display the details in the app If you go to order history instead you see all the details of what was in your order but no taxes no tips no special instructions and no details about any customizations for that order Enjoy the restaurant but take the time to call their customer support and complain about the app Nothing improves if no one lets them know how annoying their app is           Still needs a lot of work

Have a premier rewards card but no information attached to the card Hostess asked if I had the app so while at lunch I downloaded it Ive put in all the info to create an account at first it wouldnt let me change the date for my birthday it just kept defaulting to today and when I hit Create an Account it spins for a minute and then gives an error Sorry the last request was interrupted So I cant create an account to get into any of the other features     Cant create a login

If you install this be prepared for a lot of pop up dialogs You cant even check restaurant wait times without creating an account and opening yourself up to yet more spam     You have to create an account to do anything

Completed our whole group experience through the app No waiting in line to be seated We had everything ordered and ready to go before we even sat down From speciality drinks customizable entrees to favorite deserts everything was exactly how we ordered it through the app We even got to split the check using apple pay right on the app Great experience Loved the design and layout Hopefully many more restaurants will use this as a foundation of how to do apps Bravo                 Awesome App

You should fire your developers This app doesnt work most of the time and is so buggy its useless The upside is I decided to go to another restaurant which has learned how to write an app     Worst restaurant app ever

Nice UI and user experience just needs to add passbook support for loyalty rewards card and app will be complete           So far so good

I read other reviews having trouble with app It worked great for me Restaurant is great with variety of food and excellent service Mobile pay in app is convenient App doesnt show my reward points thus 4 stars but otherwise great Restaurant has my points and print a ticket when I arrive So thats a great way to provide service              Works great for me

Please fix the mobile pay I recently tried to use it and kept erroring out when I went to pay via PayPal and with my debit card I wanted to leave the tip out and hand my waitress her tip but the app forces you to tip because of this PayPal charged me after saying there was an error and the payment was interrupted so I put the tip back into my total and it went thru after not going thru multiple times just to get 20 off my bill     Mobile pay

Using this app led to the one and only horrible experience Ive had at BJs after going there for years It not only took away the personalized atmosphere that weve always enjoyed here it assumed we wanted overcooked burgers cold fries cold chicken on our salads and that we wanted to wonder if we would ever get a beerthe 20discount came to about 4 bucks and was totally not worth itflushing this app and going old school from now on     Great app to ensure a horrible experience

This app has great possibilities I love it when I can get it to work I get an error message every time and once in a while I can get it past it but not lately ErrorThe last request was interrupted This message comes up with every operation If I continue to hit enter it might get past sometimes Very annoying        Doesnt work

Attracted by the discount I downloaded the app Its so poorly done I cant reach the parts of the screen I need to create an account Deleted     So poor cant even create account

Kept getting error messages when I attempted to log in Was able to enter as a guest but was unable to edit my account This app needs to go back to engineering for rework     Wont allow you to log in

Ive never had an issue with the app And paying for a meal via the app when Im ready to leave is the best experience ever The only thing that took away from that experience was not having Apple Pay as an option anymore What happened              Great but better with Apple Pay

I was skeptical but the app worked very well on my iPhone 6 at the BJs Menifee Checked in ahead of time and avoided the line They already logged our rewards card since we checked in with the app Then paid with PayPal after dinner which took 30 seconds Im a little shocked but it worked perfectly                 Wow worked great
