The content is pretty good but all you get are a quick little video on the submissions from the included positions So it s basically a positional primer that just sets you up to have to buy more videos from him Not worth it for 15 Also as Rickson Gracie has recently stated it s time to bring self defense back to the start of all BJJ curriculae Skipping it in lieu of sportjitsu is just plain irresponsible         Not worth 15 because no submissions proteus-ix

I would suggest this app to anyone thinking of starting bjj or wanting to learn bjj I also think that current bjj instructors should suggest this app to new students I downloaded grapplearts submissions sweeps and defense apps They are excellent and I have been using them to help me drill with other white belts This app is more of a prequel of those three It shows you the basic positions and what you should be doing there and why Bjj to me is essentially an intellectual arms race The more you know than your opponent the more of a leg up you ll have By watching and studying grapplearts apps you ll be able to gain bjj knowledge in the quickest and most efficient way possible Next step is to use this knowledge finding a training partner and drill the moves till they become muscle memory                     Must have for anyone interested in bjj Zwaldo
