If I launch enter nickname and it looks like it crashes but its there in the background just wont stay active iPhone 6 Plus fully updated Also it appears there is no way to scan QR code on start screen to add device It would be nice to have group chat        Wont stay active

My partner and I are both connected in each of our respective offices but were both offline to each other and arent receiving messages        Unreliable

Hopefully this will replace Telegram which has in house encryption Time will tell Amen Fist Bump                 In the Morning

but it wont allow me to use the PIN or QR code options to add friends it will spin eternally when trying to invite a new user it wont connect to people Ive invited Lots of potential here but poor execution and zero usability at this point     So much potential

While this app is being described as one designed to protect your privacy it does so at the expense of the installers reputation and relationships It asks for access to the users address book but uses it as a marketing spam list rather than as a directory     misleading suspect

Great in theory Crashes nonstop and each post crash relaunch forces you to join again including verifying phoneemail     Crashtastic

This really is a beta release on iOS with many UI issues and bugs However it has potential Needs independent auditing to verify claims on security and privacy Contact bug displays incorrect Avatar and name if invite is sent to a contact that has the same home number as another contact Adding a contact manually has UI issues with both 3rd party and native keyboards Still testing              Looking forward to improvements

Really want to use this app but both my friend and I show up as offline and we are not receiving any notification for incoming messages unless we manually open the app Once this is fixed i will give it 5 stars As of now this is not a viable replacement for other messaging apps     Eternally offline

When I launch the app I get to a screen asking me to type in a nickname The only other things on the page are links to the terms and conditions and to the privacy policy When I enter a nickname and tap the Join button on the keyboard all I get is an error message saying I need to choose a country but theres no place to do that So I am unable to join the service     Error joining service

I would like to see Additional PIN security splash screen to access the app and Ill give it 5 stars Wow Love this application Whisper messages deleted automatically after 25 seconds is great and the fact that these dont go through any centralized network servers is fantastic Simple to setup and easy to use I have been telling all my friends to download it This is the first step toward keeping the NSA out of your business even though you probably have nothing to hide but just in case              Private Secure Peer to Peer Messaging

Nicely designed app Registering with phone number or email address is optional not required One can just pick a username instead and share their user key with friends using other methods End to end encryption means only sender and receiver can see messages Peer to peer means no messages stored on servers potentially susceptible to hackers Excellent optional whisper feature where messages disappear after being read Some negatives no group chat not open source cant be independently verified to ensure app provides the privacy and security claimed light on features no voice or video messages or video calling that other messaging apps offer for free This app looks very promising It desperately needs group chat to even compete It needs more messaging features to get my friends to switch from whatsapp and others Add these features and make it open source and you have a winner IMO           Desperately needs group chat feature

You can still take screenshot even in the whisper mode What the hell     Does not work as advertised

This is my new favorite app for chatting The interface is simple well organized and just right for a chat app Whispers are an awesome feature and everyone can appreciate encrypted communications in this era when privacy is a rapidly vanishing right                 Clean Simple Private Perfect

I really want to like this app I dont use whatsapp line wechat etc because they are bulky full of unnecessary crap and do not value my privacy However Bleep needs to fix three things before I can depend on it as my main conversation software 1 Messages HAVE TO be delivered My girlfriend and I were going through some issues and since she was abroad we relied on Bleep for communication whenever she got wifi I sent her a few messages telling her how I wanted to resolve our issues and she never replied to me I felt like s because i thought she was ignoring me A few days later she calls me from a payphone to ask me why Im not replying to her Turns out the messages she had sent me were not delivered to me at all Long story short messages need to be delivered and need to do so consistently whether I have the app running in the background or havent opened it for weeks 2 My biggest struggle with convincing my friends and family to switch over from competing messaging apps has been instructing them how to set up an account This app needs a intro screen when you open it up that will give you the option to continue anonymously or set up a connection to your email or phone number The screen should also allow the user to do a database search to see what contacts are using Bleep and allow them to be added effortlessly 3The app needs some way of managing contacts independently of conversations The current system works great for people with a few friends But it gets really annoying really fast when you have 10 people and you have to keep scrolling to find the person you want to talk to Also some people sometimes get annoying or say little and you just want to delete the convo but not the connection to them entirely So please look into this Lastly as a bonus it would be nice to be able to make the app cross platform as in set it up on the phone and then be able to get the desktop app to sync from the phone I downloaded the desktop version to use one day that I had low battery and only found a way of setting up the desktop and syncing to the phone Not in reverse But hey I say all of this with the best optimism that my constructive criticism will inspire you guys to make this app the best communication platform available for users I really look forward to giving this app a second trial in the future and hope I can finally convince my friends and family to leave all those other stupid pointless apps Ugh specially FB messenger and its annoying s        Almost broke my relationship with gf

A real disappointment an app from someone that you expect to deliver that rather has dropped the ball completely Tried multiple times and ways to get it to work always showed as offline couldnt deliver messages a complete waste of time     Just doesnt work

Needs improvement Messages dont get through and cause miscommunication Some messages are instant some take hours or never When switching apps it should auto close whisper mode and go to main screen Hope they keep at it It could be great     Great concept poor implementation

Right now the biggest concern I have is not getting push notifications When I try to send a message to someone theyre not getting notified unless they open the app Besides this issue I love this app and I hope to see this problem fixed in a future update           Great idea but it has bugs

I love the app and more importantly the concept One issue i am experiencing is that my messages are not getting delivered till the recipient opens up their app and manually check for message           Messages not delivered

After using the app for a few minutes with a friend the app crashed Now every time I open the app it crashes within 30 seconds     Crashes a lot

The messaging and whisper messaging work great and Im so glad to have this App after waiting forever for Hemlis but there are some serious issues with account creation and syncing between devices Currently Ive found no way to clone your incognito key between the Mac App and the iOS App           Great but needs work

The security it allegedly provides deserves 4 stars on its own The rating is also for encouragement purposes Im withholding one star though because the audio calls are glitchy it didnt work for me as there is always someone in the conversation not hearing the other one              Security deservs 4 stars

Got issue where I cannot sign in since I am asked to choose a country but there is no option to do this I am therefore locked out from signing in     Choose country error

Can you include a password protection screen so that no one can open the app if they gain access to the phone That would make this app a lot more useful           Password protect
