Ive updated my poor review after chatting with the Billcom mobile team I will add they have impressive customer service and addresses my concerns the same day They have explained the receivables functionality is coming soon looking forwarding to it Receivables functionality not in this version
I logged in and everything shows 0 It is the correct account because it knows my name and company name I uninstalled and installed again and it still has the same issue The app does not reflect what is on the desktop site Please fix Does Not Work
The online app makes a great app even better and more accessible Paying bills with my phone will save me time and keep me connected and on top of work that needs to be done This is one of the best well written no bugs and great customer service software apps I have EVER used Highly recommend Billcom is awesome

Being able to use Billcom through the mobile app has made it so much easier for me to approve bills for processing when I am out of the office It has also made it so much easier for a smooth interaction with my clients while they are away from their desks Being an accountant with several clients needing things all of the time can often be rough when you are away from your desk as well Billcom is taking AP and AR to the next level with a consistent system Huge step forward for bill pay
Great app I used the app while I was traveling and found it easy to view and approve my bills Very easy to use dashboard Its also integrated with the Touch ID which is awesome Simple and easy
This software has been one of the biggest wins for our company We have increase efficiencies expanded controls and moved nearly all of our files to a cloud based storage that makes sense If our clients needs copies of all of their invoices we now send them a CD instead of banker boxes The app is easy to use and provides a lot of the same functions as the desktop application However its note quite as robust Our company is seeing a movement away from desktop computers and into hand held devices so it would be great if we could have the full desktop version available in the app As it stands I need to log in using a browser and use the desktop version instead of the mobile version at times None the less I love it Big Win for Accounting Services
Their whole platform has been wonderful for us to ease our operations And now making it mobile is even better Love Billcom
I was really disappointed that theres no Touch ID support nor is there native password manager support eg 1password But its unforgivable that the app erases my login ID when I briefly leave the app to copy my password This app is working against those of us that use complicated unique passwords and therefore password managers Its probably great for people that use the same easytotype passwords for all their accounts though Antiquated security
Last update completely rendered it useless for me Before that some of the refreshing after approving a single invoice was painfully slow Wasnt that great before now even worse

Billcom desktop has made processing payables so efficient and saves so much money that I cant imagine my business without it But now with this app for my iPhone6 WOW Swipe and done The ability to view the bills on a 6 is so crisp and clear AWESOME 5 Stars LOVE Billcom

This app is a new and fresh approach to paying your company bills The console account is easy to use and switch between our different companies that we handle It allows me to approve and pay bills while I am out of the office I look forward to seeing this app become more in depth Great job Billcom the changes you continually make to improve your company are awesome and much appreciated We have seen yall grow over the past several years and it has all been to improve Exciting New App
Im at a client and realize that a bill needs to be paid So while the customer is checking their email I fire up the app on my iPad or iPhone and pay it Before I had to go back to the office Now I save time and on top of my work Allows me to get my work done remotely
Its been just months since this slick mobile App was introduced with minimal functionality but showing lots of promise Well it is truly functional now As long as someone is serving up the bills and minding the cash one can take care of approving and paying the bills without ever setting a foot into the office It works as an extension of the website In a situation where an exec is on the road a lot he is fully set up to take care of AP with minimal help from the home office staff This is an awesome and well thought out set up 5 stars for the progress this App has made in a short time

Im an accountant who uses billcom with several clients It makes me very happy that my clients using Billcom can use this app to review approve and pay bills from anywhere The app has a simple interface that shows you what you need to pay and approve The mobile website was very nice but this dedicated app is even better Its great for approving and paying bills that have already been entered It appears you can not enter bills within the app yet which is fine with me Ultimately it would be nice for the app to have an option to see the inbox the vendor contact information historypast bills and also be able to view the documents stored in folders too For now it is great I hope to see more functionality in future updates but this is actually great for new approvers and payers because it shows only what they need to seeknow to approve and pay bills Nice Billcom is Awesome
I used the app all the time as treasurer of my church but then it started closing out every time I tried to approve a bill I was excited that an update was available hoping to fix the problem but it says it is not compatible with my phone iPhone 5 Not compatible for iPhone 5
