The preface of the app is sound The problem lies in that it is 5 mph faster than my current calibrated computer No bueno        Pretty but inaccurate

It seemed accurate cycling in the california desert but today in an area with trees and small buildings it doubled my distance travelled Also the altitude change seems to be off Finally the app used up a lot of charge        disappointing needs work

It seems to work however it completely destroys your battery I rode for 30 min and the location service continued run drained a full battery in 3 hours        Watch your battery

Whats the point if you cant listen to music while working out This app is going to be deleted if iPod compatibility doesnt come back        No iPod compatibility no good

the best free app if you want to track how many miles you ride and speed There are different GPS apps but this one is the best for MashUp You should have Gmail If you use other eMail its not working properly                 watch this

This app seems awesome and I used it while listening to my iPod this morning It has great potential but I wont continue to use it without the iTunes compatibility That said the mapping function is great as is the tracking of speed and distance and so on Im not experienced with bike computers but this is a great way to get my feet wet           Demerit for iTunes Incompatibility

Its defaulted to kilometers and cant be changed because it crashes every time I try to access the options menu without fail Ive deleted it and reloaded it but that made no difference     Useless

I used this app for the first time today My iPhone 3GS with 4OS had a full battery this AM After 2 hours of riding I only had 17 battery left so shut the app down It would never have lasted for my 60 mile ride The app has potential if it didnt drain the battery           Eats Battery

I was really happy with this version until I figured out that while you can save your info you cant keep a log for it Theres no way to keep consistent logs of your cycling trips and monitor progress On top of that the gps has been really glitchy I get my time only without the distance traveled or speeds or calories        Still needs work

I use this app while my iphone is mounted in an iphonegpspda holder on my bicycles handlebars I trust and recommend the holder even though it was only 549 with free shipping on ebay as of January 2010 Expect shipping to take awhile though The data collected by this app compares identically with a Cateye Strada Cadence cycle computer mounted on my handlebar stem I took extra efforts to calibrate the Strada by rolling my bike as straight as possible down the street for 10 revolutions of the valve stem measuring the distance converting to metric and dividing by 10 revolutions to enter the distance covered by one tire revolution The distance i came out with for my bike was 2084 though 700c wheels supposedly cover 2096 per revolution The app does a fine job and reports useful data for monitoring yourself while riding and after your ride is complete The iphone sized display is much much larger than a typical cycle computer screen The GPS function shows your position and leaves a blue trail on the map showing where you have been I live in a 3G area so data is reported in a timely fashon The app tracks your current speed computes the average speed for your trip max speed for your trip trip distance and more You can push the start button on the screen listen for the three tones to sound in an on your mark get set GO sort of way and then take off Cool You can title save your rides data up to 30 ridestrips or simply reset all items to zero You can also add up to 30 pictures from your rides on the free version if you like This app has most of what anyone should need its easy to see the large display helps with motivation is great fun and was free                 Wonderfull mounted on handlebars

I have been using iPhone since early 2009 in California and now I live in Japan This is the first time for me to write up review This apps is great I do love Every day I use cross bike to commute 5km3miles x 2 I believe all bikers like this apps However one issue I am facing is the time stamp changed to wring time when recoded the data Pls fix this issue                 Superb

Ive used it several times and like its simplicity and accuracy Easily loaded to fbook and emails data with a route map BUT when you leave the app it leaves the gps running eating up battery and heating up the iPhone A HUGE battery hog The posts are in metric measurements regardless of how they are displayed imperial or metric Seems like a simple fix for each of these problems           Missing a few important features

Before the last update I was able to listen to the Ipod in the background now I cant Changing the sound options to off doesnt fix the problem either PLEASE BRING THE IPOD FUNCTIONALITY BACK Its a great app but without the music I wont use it              Great app but what happened to the Ipod functionality

Took this app for a spin yesterday and was greatly disappointed It kept great time of my ride but did not plot the course that I rode 30 minutes of riding was shown but no route no speed or any other statistics        Not so great

The right info right display right graphics Easy to use And FREE The paid version must be awesome                 Perfect

I would have given 5 stars if I could have gotten the mashup andor the Data Management to upload I will start with the negative first since there is only a single issue After an hour of trying different smtp setting combos and several different email addresses from different ISPs it was all to no avail This program just is not intuitive enough for the average user Please help me with this tech team Now for the props I live in the foothills of San Diegos east county Elevation here is 1680 above sea level I got into my car and drove about 26 miles around my area all within canyons foothills in town and on I8 I immediately found my elevation to be as close to correct as I can confirm by county parcel records As I was driving my speed was within 3 miles plus or minus of what ever my SUVs speedometer was reading From 3 mph to 60 mph I believe this to be a difference in time delay coming from the satellite My distance traveled was dead on using the trip meter and comparing to this program The tracking was precise when I overlapped a certain segment of roadway on the return trip I made a series of swerves which this programs gps logged correctly I am impressed with program and it has the potential of being the best if this single issue can be resolved For now I give it 4 stars I hope this helps              Falls just short of being a super app

Slick interface I wish it had worked for me At the six mile point of 13 I had to walk the bike a hundred yards or so while a big dog paced me Once he lost interest I resumed riding The app stopped taking new GPS spots but the clock kept running resulting in my ride getting recorded as a six mile ride that took over an hour with a teleport back to the startend location Strike 1 I wont buy an app if the free version doesnt work I will give it one more chance but Im not optomistic Also there are free apps that allow you to view history but this one wont Strike 2     Didnt work for me
