I live in Geneva Switzerland and wanted this app to help discover different local routes and especially marked paths There is definitely not enough detail in the app There are loads of bike paths in and around Geneva and none of them are shown here or just randomly stop on the app map This app is not helpful to me and I would not recommend buying it             Not enough detail vansmi

I ve tried many bike riding apps and this one is my favorite so far a suggestion would be that when going to a selected destination it would also give an ETA I like to know an approximate time that it should take me to get there I find myself going back to google maps bike option to give me an ETA also when switching between apps that it would continue to track the ride other then that it s easy to use and convenient to find bike routes and trails Highly Recommend this bike app for experienced or novice riders                     Best bike app Valentine1684

I know there are lots of maps to use this one works well for me This map has all riding detail that I need the map is easy to use only thing is I wish I could pick a route you can pick a destination and it gives you a route but maybe I would like to add 20 more miles to that rout by adding Various different ways I truly do not know if that technology actually exists to allow you to pick each and every street you wish to ride down to get to your destination however this map is supremely excellent for my uses as they are now                     Love this app Army Reg 15

I downloaded this app in order to ride around Brentwood TN It shows the miles of off road paths nicely but omits showing almost all on road paths That s a big disappointment in an area like Brentwood I ve also noticed that it shows many hiking trails which don t allow biking such as the Appalachian Trail in GA It doesn t really explain these non biking trails Finally I emailed them with these comments and they never responded with anything other than an auto reply we ll get back to you Very disappointed             Missing and or extra paths mark tune

I love this app It s simple and fairly easy to figure out I like its language accessibility too When running this app it stays in a blue bar in the top of the screen I love this feature because it keeps me focused on my ride as well as displaying the route steps This app is also helpful because it keeps on real bike paths and helpses you stay out of higher traffic areas There are times when I wonder how I am going to follow these paths then when I arrive I ve found myself using a short cut or bike walking specific path that cats cannot access I love it                     Good bike paths xaqari15

Bike Maps is effective intuitive and just what I was looking for I especially like the water source feature last time I biked across the Golden Gate Bridge to tour the Marin Headlands I didn t realize there was a water fountain on the other side of the highway Wish I had installed Bike Maps then Nice interface with very clean looking maps easy to track my rides This app complements Strava nicely as well with a neat feature where you can export your tracked rides For the dedicated or even for a casual biker I would recommend this app                     Just what I needed BayAreaBiker

For 1 99 it should offer more The site says it shows bike trails all over the world It does but it is slow and the font is very small to see You have to move the map around to see trails You would think it would have a search engine showing trails in locations etc I felt a bit deceived after spending my money Just look them up on the internet instead Will somebody make a good road bike tail App         Really just a GPS tracker DMelendez

I ve used this app only once so far only because I usually know where I m going And loved that it mapped a route for me using all designated bike paths Seemed to pick the most efficient and safe route With the exception of some local knowledge assisting in cutting a little distance time on a couple of turns Also very helpful that all directions were spoken as well as showing in sequence on my lock screen for easy reference while riding                 Good functionality and accuracy First voyage

One route I requested took me down the busiest city streets with no bike lanes Google Maps on the other hand found an amazing route which included a multi use no car path Pinch and zoom doesn t zoom in on street names everything is really tiny and I have good eyes The marked blue route obscures the street name which you know is kinda necessary I like that you can tap on two locations to get a route between the two but not useful if the map isn t readable I would also like to be able to drag the location markers to where they really need to be             Needs some help Shmoodlebear
