Downloaded the apps in the hopes of helping me locate some stores that carry some fans and other goodies to purchase with a bunch of gift cards Ive had from Best Buy I gotta tell you the interface is nice and pretty but its all show and no glory The app crashed a couple of times Failed to detect my location Got stuck at one point And failed to find me a single item that I was looking for in Stock at one of the nearby stores It was as if they were pushing me to buy online If I wanted to buy online I would have gone to Amazoncom or Jet or wayfair What a golden opportunity wasted Useless Slow Inaccurate Crashes

Almost 60 years ago I purchased the camera from Best Buy I go to Best Buy to buy my electronics because they have the best insurance program Its now time for upgrade so I decided to buy once more from Best Buy I had already decided what I was going to buy and then I saw the app I went ahead and downloaded it and to my surprise found the item I had planned to buy for almost 700 less using the open box feature I have to say I am 100 satisfied with the way the app is designed Thank you Best Buy for a smooth and effortless purchase You cant skip these savings because they are already over BestBuy saving me money daily

I was just at a BestBuy store and needed to redeem points from my rewards program When I couldnt find how to issue certificates from this app the clerk explained that I needed to be on the website because this couldnt be done on the app Seriously And when I tried to remove items from my cart using the app it spun indefinitely and didnt remove them Im deleting this app to free up room for something more useful Useless App
This app was not easy to use and the search engine was unreliable But theyve fixed the bugs so I can actually look find and purchase items much easier So much better Kudos Much better
