Got this app couple years ago bought extra instruments and liked it Just updated app All my recordings disappeared Lost all the instruments I bought and I have no sound Horrible     Updated app lost everything

I NEVER write reviews for apps but this app is the BEST musicmaking app Ive ever seen Good grief this app is amazing I just love love love the sounds music and EVERYTHING One thing though Can you add different genres Like rock stuff jazz and that kind of stuff Apart from that its perfect                 Awesome

I have rated this before and I still this app Beatwave is such an amazing musiccreating app that lets you create songs using little squares and many more I love creating music with this app Its so easy to play and the settings are very easy to control And so I also have suggestions to make this app even better 1 More Instruments This is definitely my number one concern Sure the app has pianos drums trumpets bass etc but the app needs more orchestra and band instruments or realistic instruments like violins cellos flutes guitars trombones tubas clarinets etc PLEASE ADD MORE REALISTIC INSTRUMENTS like these and that will truly make me happy 2 Add More Groups Most of the time I dont like using just 4 instruments For example In one of my songs I needed a saxophone trumpet drums piano and bass I unfortunately needed to change one of the instruments during the song and I really didnt want that to happen If you could pease add more groups at the maximum of six or seven groups that would be really awesome 3 Not only favorite instruments but also RECORDINGS My idea I really wanted to separate some of my songs so that I dont have to scroll through the recordings looking for them all Please add that feature to the app 4 More Drum Beats I know you already have a lot of drumbeats but I really want you to add more beats according to genre such as funk march waltz dance ballad etc 5 Some of the drum beats are not LABELED This is also one of my big concerns I dont know why some of the drumbeats are NOT labeled but I really need you to fix that bug 6 Time Signature Setting My Idea Musically speaking the time signature is a symbol that tells you how many beats you need to count The top number represents how many beats are in a measure and the bottom number represents the type of note that gets one beat In this app the time signature is 44 So I thought Why not add a setting that can change the time signature Well my idea is to add a setting where you can change the time signature to lets say 34 top number being 3 beats out of 4 which is the bottom 68 24 etc The numbers of small squares in the box changes Across Down 44 time signature which is what it is now16 x 16 squares 34 time signature12 x 16squares 68 time signature24 x 16 squares 24 time signature8 x 16 squares And more And with that feature if the time signature is MORE THAN 4 top or bottom add in a zoominout affect which gives you the ability to zoom in and out of the grid This is because if youre on the time signature 22 it will already be huge However for 78 it will be pretty small I feel like this would be a really good idea for the app Thanks for taking this into consideration So anyway these were just a few suggestions for making this app even better This app is already amazing Every song I make comes out to be PERFECT I feel that this is the best musiccreating app anyone has ever made and it is because of this app I am making beautiful music Thank you for taking your time to read this review Please add these features Thanks I will still give it five stars                 AMAZING Suggestions

I love this app but there is one problem Sometimes my session doesnt save and I lose the changes I made This is the only thing that kinda bothers me it should be fixed in the next update Other wise four stars for the win              Save feature doesnt work sometimes

This app is so fun to use and so hard to sound bad on However it is a bit complicated if you have something specific in your mind and want to turn it into music If you havent spent a lot of time using it you wont know how to accomplish writing the song in your head But it is fun regardless              Very fun

Who knew there could be a program this good on a mobile device D Ive been using Beatwave Pro after a few days it came out I dont regret spending my money in this awesome app Of all the apps that have to update this is the one I always update first I love the effort you guys put into this Keep doing a great job I havent ever gotten an error or have ever found a bug in this app Beatwave is too good for errors I upload my music to my YouTube channel my Soundcloud my website etc I would really like if there were more options and settings themes and fun little things you could add All I have to say now is great job Keep on doing what you guys are doing and keep up the good work This is the first app Ive ever reviewed in my 6 years of iTunes Beatwave is amazing How is this app not well known WAIT Theres one thing I would really like Exporting recordings on mp3 instead of m4a It would be very useful UPDATE Well the mp3 format suggestion wasnt added I hope this message gets to collect3 I wanna say thank you for this wonderful app Its definitely the greatest But I really want that feature Anyways nice job with the favorites EXTRA UPDATE Im sorry to break it but I have some bad news I had to delete all my 30 recordings Not the files just the records because it changed all the names of my songs to other of my songs names And the other thing is when I try to edit the song names it makes the songs disappear leaving me no other choice but to close the app and opening it again Im sorry if this ever happened to anyone and Im also sorry if Im the first bad review of this update But hey You know what It doesnt matter Just keep on going collect3 Please fix these errors and continue your hard work I count on you and I trust you Thanks for everything Beatwave EXTRA EXTRA UPDATE PLEASE Load and save data from iCloud Please I backed up my iPad but I want to restore the data backed up of this app PLEASE do something about this Thanks           Im very sorry Read the extra update READ THE EXTRA EXTRA

To be able to open a program for the first time go through a super helpful tutorial and then go straight to making interesting and fun music in a unique versatile and beautiful interface is a feat that for me at least only a handful of music apps have truly achieved Great job                 One of the best music apps ive played

So I first bought the app and was very pleased I decided to spend about ten dollars on extra parts Eventually I ran out of space on my phone so I deleted this app Later I downloaded it again I went to choose my sound and all of my purchases were gone If I want them again I have to pay another ten dollars Please fix this     Good At first

Funk and all the other drum kits dont work or arint labeled can you fix that also can you add a guitar pack a way to equalize sounds thanks              Whats up with funk

I can create incredible music with this app One tip though I would literally throw money at this app for a rock theme pack Imagine electric guitars or distorted basses on this app                 Amazing

First off I would just like to express how happy I was when I found out I could restore my old tunes from way back when this app was at ver 1 So thats awesome Now if you could give us back the Vibro and Beplad instruments for ver 20 everything would be just peachy The songs that used those instruments still have them but they sound broken and any new song I want to create doesnt include them Please consider this in your next patch Second Ive learning how to play music just by messing around with this app I even managed to convert my own melody I hum daily onto it which I never thought Id be able to do ever Basically Ive learned more on this app than any music class I took at school And as someone who has been using this app for a few years I highly recommend it it to anyone Its worked miracles for me                 Best update to date

There is so much clever UI built into this app it should be showcased more to aspiring app makers everywhere Oh yeah and its really easy and fun to create music with Its far more powerful for music making than it might seem on the surface It will reward those that are willing to dig a bit                 Seriously Great

I like how the app is set up and all the types of synths it has but if you have certain sounds put together it will make a clicking noise that messes up the whole song for me              Greatbut

Id like it better if you could turn off landscape mode I hate holding my iPad like that All youd have to do is make the controls on the side reorientate Also I dont understand why the grid screen doesnt go edge to edge on the iPhone where space is at a premium           Portrait Mode Please

I miss the grid shifter used beatwave a lot more when it had this feature it was a nice alternative to completely randomizing everything because it was almost like controlled randomizing It basically had up down left and right arrows to shift notes on a track it was one of my favorite features Please bring it back in next update cant hurt right              Bring the Grid shifter back

Very nice app Great for anyone wanting to simply mess around with music and I can see how it would be valuable for more serious musicians Free to use but I dished out a startlingly small amount of money to unlock everything Did not disappoint                 Very good

This app is AMAZING I would highly suggest downloading it if you are a fan of creating music on the go It is very easy to use and very fun Although it would be better if you could use more than 4 instruments at once Besides that the app is great Please keep the updates coming                 Amazing

I absolutely love this app The only problem is that sometimes the notes move by themselves it usually moves in a good place but I have to keep going back to put it where it was              Love it

I love this app so much Its easy to use and it allows me to make some pretty cool music However Ive come into this problem where nearly every new song I make skips a part while moving on to the next group Then it will go back and replay the part it just skipped and so my music is just all mixed up I thought I might have the settings wrong but I scoured everywhere and could not fix the problem In some cases it really ruins the music for me If this could be fixed then I would be thrilled           I Love it But

I just started using this app and am blown away Ive tried many similar apps and youve certainly put way more thought and love into this than anyone else I cannot believe how elegantly youve dealt with the UI for both iPad and iPhone The instruments are high quality as well It took me about 10 minutes to upgrade to Pro Keep up the great work                 Blown away

This app is fantastic I am by no means a musician but I love music and sometimes want to try my hand at creating my own tracks Its such a simple process for me I imagine a pro musician would have an even easier time with it Ive made several ringtones for myself with it and even gotten a few compliments when people have heard them which feels pretty awesome If youre looking for a fun and relaxing way to enjoy making music or if youre looking for something serious try this out I think at the very least the gorgeous interface and ease of use will please you                 A Rewarding and Relaxing Experience

Beatwave is hands down the best DAW I have used Not just on mobile but I prefer it to workstations on computer even to Ableton and Fruity Loops It is so simplistic and easy to use Its also the most fun Ive ever had composing and it is really pretty to look at Even BEFORE I bought the pro version which is more than worth it I was making things I was proud of I asked the creator of the app and he says we have complete ownership of anything we make using his app You can even go off and sell your music if you wish The best feature probably is the way you choose scales Its more of a tool to help you compose faster than what some people refer to as cheating But really theres no cheating when composing unless you are infringing upon copyrighted material Im not stopping anytime soon                 Phenomenal

Coming from a classicalfolk background I was surprised and pleased to find this app useful in any genre The generator and morpher are great for getting ideas going and the preset samples can be tweaked a lot to get unique sounds Composition is straight ahead Totally worthwhile                 Totally worthwhile

I love this app there are a few glitches though I purchased the full version and its not showing the notes in on the group page after I come back to a project and edit it It also wont allow me to select a couple of the instruments Fix the glitch and Ill rate 5        Amazing

Defiantly this is an app that can make some great tones but just one suggestion it would be stupendous it it have a full note scale from a to g sharp on the mobile or any devices That way the user can get a much more exciting experience Other than that the app is totally worth it                 Absolutly amazing but

Beatwave is a tremendous application for amateur and more serious musicians Its a platform that one with no experience or knowledge of synthesis or an arpeggiator can pick up and make pleasant tunes with immediately It also makes for a flexible and featurerich music creation app for the more demanding producer                 Both fun AND powerful

It doesnt have all the essential items I was looking for but when making a kinda houserock beat rhythm they get catchy Its a lot of fun and I like it I use it now and might delete later because it just might get annoying           Easy Music Machine

I hardly ever take the time to review something but after tinkering around with this app for an hour or so and creating a really neat song I have to say I might be in love So intuitive and straightforward Even with no music background I was able to create a really cool atmospheric track to accompany a school project Im working on Really really awesome Great work                 B

I LOVE this app I was looking for a great sequencer that I can use possibly for music downloads I got what I needed and a lot more I didnt really expect in a good way You can post songs to YouTube and Instagram and you can even convert them into ringtones The only thing I might look forward to in the future is maybe a feature where you can go to one board that is relatively longer I cant wait to see how this app gets better over time and Id love to watch it grow                 Amazing app
