This game has nice graphics and moving the pieces is pretty straight forward The only thing I would like is to see the numbers on my challengers dice before the pieces start moving all over the board My focus hasnt even adjusted and pieces are already in motion Other than that its a good game for beginners I havent tried the pay for version yet But I cant complain too much after all its free Backgammon
Now if only they would make it multiplayer Seems to be more than fair in the game play tho Pretty good for playing against al

I absolutely love this game Its old school but it brings back so many fun memories from when I was a kid It easy to play and you can make it as challenging as youd like by turning of all the added helpful things like highlighting and possible moves If you like this game then youll love this version Love it

Great game for the VERY casual backgammon player but not advised for anyone looking for a game that will play cutthroat with you I will admit that the rolls appear to be much more random and fair in this game than Ive seen in other games but the AI play in this game is atrocious It seems like the AI is more interested in moving pucks along than trapping the opponent and setting itself up for victory Ive backgammoned the computer THREE times already which is unheard of I play to win but I dont like winning EVERY TIME Not recommended for advanced players
other versions of this game favor the computer the dice always roll with doubles or the exact number the computer needs to eat you alive This version doesnt I like it more is pretty fair

The free version is so dumbed down that you can win every game way too easily the computer Misses basic moves No fun I deleted it Far too easy to win
Have the full version on my Mac and play frequently Just downloaded the free version to my phone to try Like the graphics enjoyable to play Backgammon

You will notice that just when you are about to win Al will roll doubles And also notice the amount that he rolls Ten times more than you will ever roll I counted one game I rolled NO doubles and Al rolled 5 times A seriously bs move on the creator of this game Al cheats to much

Well the time spent on this app is 25 of my battery life when I dont have work to do Graphics can be improved and in larged and the opening rolls have a cycle to them Not great but at least it dont cheat often in every way imaginable The game allowed me to explore a few moves Also she does not always make the best play by avoiding a hit or block but sometimes does it whenever should not For beginners will be challenging for a few weeks or days and intermediate a fun passing thing to do The advanced players can still kill time but not like even a game with a real live mediocre player 25

Unfortunately this is the best of the backgammon games Why is it so difficult to develop a decent backgammon app This one is fine if you like winning ALL THE TIME Ive probably played 50 times and have won 49 times Not because Im such a great player but because the app employs no strategy whatsoever Gets very boring very quickly Ok
