I just downloaded this app and it doesnt work It wont even open it just tries to open over and over and immediately closes Im very disappointed     Frustrated

Only issue I have is having to hear the same thing at beginning of each chapter I already know the readers name etc              Audiobooks

The pauseplay buttons do not work once the phone locks I have to give my password and wait 510 seconds just to press pause If this app worked right Id give it 5 stars        Great functionality but some features dont work

I was hesitant to listen to amateur audio but gave it a try Audiobooks use Librivox several months later I have migrated over to Librivox This was a wonderful introduction though              Enjoyable

I love it It has a wide verity of classics and they are read by real people I only hope they will add even more books in the future                 Amazing

I use this app all the time At first I wasnt sure about the selection because they are public domain books which one might think are old and boring But thinking like that robs you of many great stories I have recently been listening to Burroughs John Carter series and its really engaging Im hooked I love that I can listen to them anywhere Thanks                 Really great

The readers voices lull me to sleep and if I do NOT sleep at least I have something interesting to keep me from being bored Some readers are CRAZY because you wouldnt think that they would want to read that type of book Seriously a few chapters of Anne Of Green Gables were read by someone sounding very much like Arnold Schwarzenegger                 Great for insomnia

App is great havent been able to access reviews of the books and readers for many months now I used to rely on the reader reviews to chose which books to download so really miss not being able to access this info Otherwise would merit five stars              Great way to access books from librivoxorg

This is a great app the only issue I have is that you cannot pause or play from the locked screen You have to unlock your phone and go into the app              Pause and play

Enjoy the large selection and opportunity to download so it doesnt use my streaming time Use primarily on my commute which is more than an hour one way However would like for more than three chapters to download at a time I am often left with more than enough time to hear several more chapters but need to wait until I am able to connect to Internet again to download              Audiobooks

Great addition to a Sunday of mundane tasks On a whim look up a book ur on your way You just have to pretend you only exist in the early 20th century which is fun unto itself              Um free audiobooks HELLO

Well the pace of life and trying to get to sleep at night has in part vaulted narrated books to probably the highest use yet Certainly with this rise more funds has built up a new class of audio actors Id say People like Frank Muller have taken reading to truly artistic and creative levels Listen to Mr Mullers MobyDick and be stunned at how Melvilles epic of all time does attain genius levels of the human heart Read in high school like most of us legend has MobyDick as long boring endless and inscrutable Mr Muller brought me to at least Im on deck now and this book is over the top genius The dramatic reading changed my lifes view of that epic Audiobooks can get you this with a tad less talented readers than Muller but for free MobyDicks profundity for free Few deals best that deal Audiobooks is the open and publicly available route to this magic                 Audiobooks

I have so many books on here Its grate for long car ride or plane trips Just 2 simple requests could some one make all the adds go away And could there be popular new books Know intention to critics PEACE AND LOVE PEOLE Ps get this app              Omg love it

It is impossible to rate each presentation separately the individual reviews never download so there is no way to know what each story will bring Some of the narrators are excellent and present high quality recordings Some are simply terrible and listening to them is torture There is no quality control as some novels have recording problems There is no way to stop start or pause with the screen locked As these recordings are free the advertisements are to be expected however the ads with sound are obnoxious and intrusive As it is not possible to use any of the controls with the screen locked having to stop in mid reading causes the presentation to switch to an add Thats where the loud music from Walapop or other ads with sound intrude With some of these problems attended to I would not have a problem paying for these recordings           Hit and miss but good overall

Ive been loving listening to addict for free especially when on long car rides or drives Ive listened to Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility so far and looking forward to more Love the voice stylization for characters and having something to keep my mind engaged while I drive                 Enjoyable

This app has been thoroughly enjoyable for me and has ran well I have a job where Im allowed to wear headphones It used to be I would listen to the same playlist all day now Im listening to my favorite classical works                 Convenience

I can think of a lot of things I would improve but the bottom line is that it is free              Its free

I really like the convenience of having an audiobook I can listen in the car or while doing dishes The narrators are all rather good and easy to listen to Ive been listening to Pride and Prejudice and I absolutely love it It was completely free and though ads pop up on the screen it never interferes with listening to the story Its a wonderful app                 Audio Books

While Im loving having tons of classics at my fingertips for free Ive noticed two major issues Not being able to playpause from lock screen although you can using earphones with a button and more importantly is that it causes horrid battery drain I use it while I work moving around so I cant charge and it drops from 100 to 20 in just a few hours And thats from a downloaded book By contrast I can stream podcasts for 7 hours straight and itll only drop by 3040 Really wish this could be improved otherwise I love it           Good for free but
