I agree with other reviewers that this app should include certain packaged items especially the Atkins brand products However this is the basic food list of the Atkins diet and thats really all I was expecting There arent any packaged food items aside from the atkins ones of course that are technically part of the diet If you are serious about loosing weight than use your judgement and buy healthy wholesome foods like the ones on this list rather than packaged foods anyway You are also able to add your own categories and foods anyway so of you wanted to you could add more stuff to your list A good guide but could use improvements

Horrible Lame

Good basic list with check box that identifies Arkins foods and beverages by diet phase The iPad version does not provide a landscape view one of my pet peeves but it does load and so far seems to work fine on my iPhone while I am shopping So far so good

Its just a list of accepted foods no other information Dont bother

Total waste of money does not allow real selections Choosing meat as a shopping list item is a joke Waste

I bought this thinking it would suggest diff items to buy Waste of 2bucks Wast of money

I didnt realize that the app only listed categories and types of food in each I was hoping for specific brand name items Not worth 199 Should almost be free unless specific items are included in an update Be aware this is only minimally helpful at the grocery store Somewhat helpful

I wasted my 199 I should get the money back It just list the item of the food Dont buy

As stated by the other reviews this is merely a list of food groups with food from each group a breakdown of what kind of foods in each group A better list would have been only the one you key into the list so you can take the list I am just starting Atkins so I will use it but would have liked a more detail to take to the store Atkins shopping list

Not impressed Just very very basic food lists for the three stages of Atkins Good concept if there was more to it Not worth the price Not worth it

Lots of good info all in one place and all mapped out for you I really like it and find it very helpful I like it
