I loaded this app about two hours ago and I cannot leave it alone The effects are way beyond my expectationsamazing Would be great if you could tweak the saturation of color to give more of a dry brush effect but that is so minor in comparison to how dynamic my images look This really duplicates impressionism when using the right type of photo Definitely worth the small investment                 Designer

You can make really stunning oil like portraits withe this app I havent tried printing on canvas but thats my next attempt                 Great app

Nice product nice to have on the ipad instead of just on my desktop but its crashing Help        Crashing too much

I am an established professional Artist It is fascinating to watch this app create what I take hours days to accomplish in seconds Lots of ways to tweak it have gotten results very similar to my results They look like honest to goodness paintings The best one Ive seen so far Now I need this company to come up with a realistic watercolor effects app Havent found one that is satisfactory yet I use this app to break down all the fine details in a photograph to keep me from getting caught up in just making a recreation of a photo Printed on canvas paper one would have a hard time once having a varnish applied framed between the real painting the the app image                 Love it

I love how many choices there are to adapt photos into paintinglike images Very handy for artists who are training themselves to see less detail                 Love this app

This is by far my most favorite app for apply a painted look to my photos It adds very little if needed and even where the loupe is placed to keep detail blends in nicely Thanks Jixi Pix for another 5 star app                 Best painting Simulation

Dont believe the hype with this or any of this developers other applications He mustve had his kids and friends right all of the reviews This app is less than spectacular As a matter of fact it is quite disappointing as are the others I also paid to try out        Dont believe the hype

Ive tried dozens of painting appsdisappointed by ALL until now In other apps I was sometimes saving my finished product still not to my liking and going into another painting app or photo editor to play with contrast and shadows to achieve the style I most desired well not anymore First of all its the easiest to use right from the start and second even though I am patient and willing to work hard to end up with something Im proud ofI dont have to I feel its almost ONE TOUCH simple Very very VERY pleased WOW you guys have something great Thank you                 APPsolutely the BEST

What I like best is the ability for almost limitless customization of the effects and the ability to save presets after tuning them Id give it five stars if there was a way to turn off the default apparent that means there is a white border that must be turned off for EVERY effect if one wants paint all the way to the edge of the canvas              Great app for an impressionistic feel

Best photo to painting app I have Nice way to short cut backgrounds or use as foundations for further digital customization for illustrating Just hope this doesnt put artists who still use brush and canvas out of business                 Great landscapes

The pics in the App Store seem phony real pics made with this app look ok but nothing close to their false advertising        Ok kind of phony

This app doesnt work on my iPhone 5s 64g When a photo is loaded it takes forever for the app to render the render icon is moving then a blank white screen appears then the app crashes Its been deleted phone rebooted and the app reinstalled several times to no avail Ive written to the developers and hopefully this bug will get fixed soon I cant really review this app as I cannot get it to work If they fix this then Ill hopefully be able to change my review Otherwise I just thew my money at them as this is a broken app     Crashes after white screen

Fantastic app Does an excellent job of converting photos to an oil pastellike finish Just gorgeous As a graphic artist I can highly recommend this app to professionals and amateurs alike You will not be disappointed in the results One note to the Jixipix creative team I love everything you do but I was wondering if its possible to install a progressive or early stop button on this app that freezes the brush strokes before the work is completed allowing for a slightly unfinished look                 Love this app

I cant seem to get the hang of making portraits with fine faces and thickly brushed backgrounds but the landscapes I used this on turned out really beautiful              Great for landscapes

I have really enjoyed this app so far I have not used it enough to notice any problems and I have not printed anything so I cannot comment on the quality of the images                 Cool app

This is exactly what Ive been looking for The app is very easy to use just like all the other JixPix apps Impresso works nicely on my 3rd generation iPad and after using it this afternoon I have a few suggestions to make the app even better 1 when using the ellipse tool allow the user to fully change the size shape and location of the ellipse before rendering 2 Add a hue slider maybe with an eye dropper to better change the color mood of the painting 3 Add a directionaladjustable light source to enhance the drama of the painting These are just a few things that came to mind after using the app for an hour but over all I love what this app does for my Africa images Thank you for producing such easy to use apps that really enhance my photography Update 21915 Thanks for adding the apply detail button to the ellipse tool much better to work with                 Great app for rendering my images as paintings

On initial use the functionality is quite good The effects are very human The app is hampered by crashing Im on an iPhone 6 with 128 gig and plenty of room It shouldnt be this unstable Test and update please           Cool effects but crashing

I love all of their apps As a selfteaching artist who is also slightly colorblind and dyslexic being able to see either my own paintings or my photos in various palettes is so helpful for preventing unnecessary mistakes Seeing possibilities that my peculiar challenges might never work out is something I am very grateful for Thankyou for making these apps                 Love it

I fell for it again The great pictures lured me in I have to learn that all these apps are already on Camera Pro etc Same thing different name     What a scam
