I am so glad that I wasted so much money on my Apex system Which is now worthless sense apex has not updated the iOS interface It is so disheartening when you spend that much money for a product and now it is just worthless It s gonna be a long time before I purchase another Neptune systems product From my automatic fish feeder s my little water detector all the different devices I have hooked up to my apex Sure I can go log in to my PC and try to do it that way but my PC is two stories away from my Fishtank and I need my iOS device to work with my Apex That is one of the main reasons I bought it     Dust collector DRSleepsandeats

App wont even open anymore on latest OS Web portal cant find device thinks its offline Tried flashing firmware and while device was found it cant connect Then got power alarm during that process Total garbage     Stopped working and abandoned MediaHound

I love my apex I really like fusion on a web browser However I am disappointed in this app It doesn t work half the time example atm nothing is happening when I try to log in which prompted this review When it does let me log in it is aesthetically repulsive unlike fusion As much as I paid for my Apex and its components I fully expect a functioning app to control it from This was a selling point for me originally Why on earth do I want to run back and forth from my computer to my tank for every click and adjustment The lack of a functioning app makes Apex as a product itself less valuable     Doesn t work is ugly Eeeegs

The app worked fine right up until I updated to iOS 9 On further inspection I noticed that the app has not been updated in years I too feel that they should be able to provide an app that works     Used to work It's Me PC

I can tap the controls on and off multiple time no response I have 5 iOS devices in my network all have the same issue I can hit the web interface via the reassigned web port I changed the default port 80 to another port to accommodate another network service I am running on my home network If I use a browser it is very smooth just like this app once was So I think I will just stick to doing that now I wish they didn t drop this thing like a hot rock once they introduced the fusion upgrade Too bad Some people do not like to leave their super expensive aquarium equipment open to a cloud service I am an old school guy that likes a direct connection to his devices     Pretty much stopped being reliable after iOS 8 Brockettman

Just installed the app and got it configured Had a problem getting error message Duplicate Name which wouldn t log in Here s what I found I noticed in my outlets that I had 2 unused slots that I left blank If you have empty slots name them Empty1 Empty2 etc then save Relaunch the app and see if that fixes that error It worked for me and the app works great                     Great App for Apex Luvtoplay01

This is a great controller program You can do almost anything you could do with the web page I would like to see the graphing upgraded graph defaults to numbers like 79 98 instead of just 80 and I would like to be able to graph things like chiller on off on top of the temp But still a good app 5 stars                     Great app Dochrt

Wow what a great update I love the new control center view where I can see all probe graphs at once Graphs are slow to load the first time presumably because the app is downloading a week of data but update quickly there after Love the log view too where you can see a history of everything that turned on and off over the last few weeks The Apex by itself is one of best on the market this free app makes it in a class by itself                     Awesome update The Schwaggs

Awesome app Guys for those asking about the 24hr graph just pinch to zoom in and out and the graph will adjust I set my settings to store 31 days Also to access outlet programming just touch the outlet name under Control Oh and don t forget to upgrade your Apex firmware If your firmware is too old the new app won t be able to make a connection or will perform slow Great work                     Great app rolyguy7

Somewhat disappointed in this new version It is very slow to reconnect to the controller Sometimes takes 1 2 minutes Same with refreshing the graphs A workaround for slow reconnect is to completely quit the application and re open it but older version did not have this issue Please fix it These issues happen on both iPhone and iPad             Slow to connect pruchai

To fix the duplicate name error you must give each outlet a unique name I had the same error and changed the duplicate outlets to unique names an the app works great Change the outlets from the dispay unit or via the apex webpage                     Duplicate name fix Grm76
