Annals of Internal Medicine iPad Edition

Like other users have stated Ive never been able to use the app It takes too long to Update Content Hours and hours have been spent updating the content but none have been spent reading it     Poor

This app has made big improvements this year It used to only have landscape mode and was buggy and closing all the time Now it has utilized the functionality of the tablet platform and provides the table of contents in a very easy to read visual layout The journal content is excellent with good practical utility for an internist Highly recommended This is a great way to keep the clutter of unused journals to a minimum                 Big improvement

I was very excited when I saw that the Annals was available on the iPad Stacks of unread journals begone Uh actually not quite This app is far from where it needs to be Its almost unusable due to stability issues and bugs I cant even browse for old issues without the app crashing yes Ive tried rebooting reinstalling etc I was able to get it to work slightly better on a friends iPad mini Im on an iPad 2 with the latest iOS installed Please update     Needs a LOT of work

I was very excited for the app but its not working yet Downloads 2mb of content then stalls Tried restarting iPad to no avail     Stalls when downloading content

This is the way to keep up on internal medicine Now I can read the latest USPHSTF recs as soon as my patients do take annals based CME tests as well as getting the best TOCs from other Journals in ACP Journal Watch Wow internal medicine meets the 21st century                 The Annals best of breed on iPad

Wonderful app Misses a star for lack of portrait view              4 stars

Its good to be able to access journal articles wherever I am and to not have them accumulating Also provides access to videos and other learning and teaching materials Very happy with the app              great resource for ACP members

First it was slow to load Now after loading I get an unauthorized message and no new content After logging in with my ACP Id and password I am back at the data loading screen with a spinning icon but no movement of the progress bar In a word unusable     Unusable

For some reason the app does not change to portrait mode when you rotate the iPad        Landscape mode only

I can not get this app past the loading screen Multiple reloads and no dice Would love to try it     Does not work

Crashed Several Times going from App to Journal Wise Very Slow to Load No clear way to add articles to Library disappointing Should be a very simple and easy way to save interesting and important articles CME for later completion videos etc all in your ACP library Someone did not think this through clearly When you are in the Browse section and click a link to one of the ACP resources ie ACP Journal Wise ACP Hospitalist it takes you right there great except when you close the resource it takes you back to where you first started rather than Browse So you have to start all over again No high lightening option or option to download the article as a PDF so you can highlight in Good Reader iAnnotate etc No open in option The good Table of contents clearly laid out search feature appears robust but have not thoroughly explored All that said its the best Journal App I have seen its all an evolution Theyll get there Hope this helps           This App Needs Work Good Start

I think this app would be great if I could use it I got the iPad partly for ability to use this app for work however it seems to be in a perpetual stat of updating and I cant view any of the articles I uninstalled it and reinstalled and still the same issue        Perpetual Updating Contents

Ive never seen the content once because every time I launch the app a progress bar appears saying the 128mb download will take several minutes I always run out of patience before it gets even 20 done Couldnt they design it so you can see SOME content right away while other stuff downloads in the background     Lengthy download upon every launch

This would be a very useful app if it worked It doesnt        Still Doesnt Work

The app need to be fixed
