August 2017 Used the haptic feedback for 4 months without issue Now I cannot get the app to display on the watch             Watch sync failed endodoc

This app is terrible It does not work consistently making it virtually impossible to plan appointments with patients Tech support has poor follow through with resolving reported issues     Crashes often Dr.A-B

This application lacks many of the features of the web based platform It is cumbersome to login on a mobile device every time the application is opened even though it is running in the background Enabling Touch ID would greatly reduce time and frustrations Additionally there is no ability to write a sick slip or provide patient education through the application which is a large portion of patient care The user interface makes it difficult to write a SOAP note as it does not allow full scrolling in the free text screen and it is not possible to minimize the keyboard so the end of the note is hidden and difficult to write edit This application is a great starting point but needs many improvements to make it more functional         Needs improvement Dipskeeps
