Amazon Prime Now

Downloaded the app excited to see this was in my area bummed to realize that everything I wanted to buy on my Amazon wish list was not showing up in search Bummer     Very limited selection

Considering I cant get past the zip code screen I know my area is supported I am going to go out on a limb and say this app needs work I cant even get to the search feature What is the point of having a separate app that doesnt even work when this could be an added feature of your decent flagship app     Fail

I love the service I think the app has potential but I get a lot of blank screens when looking at a previous order or hitting track looking forward to the next release              Love the service app is buggy

Amazons Prime Now service offers incredibly fast delivery of tons of toprated Amazon items at no extra delivery cost Choose from lots of products check out and tip your delivery driver in minutes I use the service in Atlanta and have been astounded at the fast and polite service of all of the drivers that have filled my orders Usually my orders are delivered within the first fifteen minutes of my two hour delivery window The items come minimally packaged in a brown paper bag This service brings amazing convenience to our lives On a sick day as long as you have a smartphone you can order chicken soup a book to read and any personal necessities without leaving the sofa I would like to see the app expand to include a rating service for customers and drivers as well as ability to rate products within the app                 The future is here

Its difficult to see what there actually IS to buy Locks up on launch Its a genuine pain that these orders cannot be placed through the website At least make the pictures for each item take up less than the whole screen when trying to browse through listings and search results Deleting until major improvements     Too frustrating to go through whole order process

The order and delivery experience is outstanding but be forewarned that PrimeNow purchases are only logged in the PrimeNow app They do not appear in your regular Amazon order history even though you use those same credentials to log in and pay If you need an order summary or invoice and no longer have the order confirmation email the only way to get it is take screenshots of the order summary page in the app as there is no way to print or email the information Or you contact customer service to have them reemail the order confirmation Either way its a ridiculous system and a cumbersome process Come on Amazon put the PrimeNow order info with the rest of the customers order history     Great Service w a very bad feature

Amazon now is new to my area so this would be my first time using the app Login and searches are fine When it came to completing an order the app indicated the order failed I tried again with the same items and got the same error I looked through the app at orderssaw nothing and at messagessaw nothing I gave up on trying to order and went to bed This morning I was woken up by the knocking of the Amazon courier with my first order Apparently he will also be here later today with my second order I hate that Amazon decided to force an app on users rather than making a website available I also hate that the app wont let you do something as simple as select copy and paste text specifically order numbers Also if youre trying to email customer service you cant go to another screen for example if you need to refresh your memory about an order without losing what youve already typed     App says orders failed but not really

Do I have to use this app on my phone with a tiny typeface and awkward interface Why cant they figure out how to put it on their main website Its too frustrating to use        Why just why

Excellent service from Amazon but this app rarely works and constantly locks up        App rarely works

Tried out the app and a delivery window wasnt available for the next 2 DAYS I can get regular prime delivery through UPS faster than that     No Delivery Window for Two Days

App was fairly easy to use Was bummed to see I couldnt order any proteins like chicken or steak Also doesnt seem like they have alcohol available yet Im hoping with time they will expand the variety of items they have Was pleasantly surprised on the reasonable prices Comparable to prices at Target If they expand variety I would definitely use them regularly wouldnt even mind paying the 5 tip Amazon includes in the bill Order was to be delivered between 46 they arrived exactly at 400 so they were definitely prompt Overall good experience              Great service but could use some improvements

My only real complaint is that I wish there was more of a selection of available goods but I understand this is a pretty new thing My wife doesnt drive so this is a huge help for our family since Im not around all the time to run errands Delivery was accurate and ontime so Im satisfied                 Good experience overall

Yes just like all of the other reviews there are limited items however this is an awesome app Awesome addition to the Amazon family of apps I have not experienced any bugs but such as with all new apps there are going to be bugs that they will eventually work out as they get better I ordered a fifth of Absolut vodka some ice cream and snacks and it came within 30 minutes They get my vote five stars Thank you                 AWESOME

I live in LA and I received my order less than an hour This is really amazing The app works super good on my iPhone Hope they can have one for iPad too Highly recommend if you live in big cities                 This app is amazing Highly recommend

This app provides a great service if you need something fast I ordered a couple camping chairs Id wanted as a test They were delivered to my door in under the promised 2 hours for my location But the app charges you a roughly 10 tip for the driver Not really a problem but if there is no option to not tip then its not really free delivery If its not an emergency need youre far better off buying via the regular Amazon app and possibly not have to pay tax as well as free 2 day shipping           Not really free delivery

I was really excited to download this app when I saw that atlanta was one of the areas that were supported Im less then 15 minutes north of Atlanta I regularly get prime packages for same day delivery to my zip code when ordering on amazon To my surprise when I typed in my zip code 30062 is said this area was not supported I then tried 30067 which is directly south of me and it was available Then I tried 30060 which is directly west 3 minutes and further from atlanta from me and it was also available This was really upsetting to me Please check this out and fix it I will be updating my review when this issue is fixed     Zip code should be supported

As a loyal Amazon sheep I instantly downloaded the app and attempted an order Only problem is that the app doesnt work well at all Its super glitchy requiring all kinds of reloads backing out and trying again etc Im trying to buy a Bose Bluetooth speaker and Ive given up My cart wont load once I ad the speaker and I cant find a way around to checkout Ive restarted the app several times and tried every other trick in the book to no result Come on Amazon Youre better than this        App fail

Placed order for 16 items Received confirmation After 2 hours says they cant deliver one of the items with no reason After it notified me stating my other 15 items are on its way I called Amazon to cancel the order The driver was very rude Nothing like Amazon He answered the phone who is this Driver had no clue how to cancel my order He didnt even ask about the order number Emailed customer service with my frustration Their excuse was they are new and still working things out Its not ready for prime use On top of that when they cancelled one of my item they took away part of my 20 Tryitnow promo They claimed I refused delivery Sigh Just remember they are not ready yet You may have to deal with headaches     Service disappointing

It works order directly from app real time location of driver and your items And remember to tip your driver The people giving it bad reviews are pretty sad This is the most convenient way to shop without having the hassle of looking for the item you need at a store dodging the lines for checkout and using gas for your car All around win factor here                 App is pretty awesome

Tried to order two salads through the app I never received a confirmation text as due process I ended up calling the restaurant and they said theyd just received a call from Amazon about the order Not the restaurants fault Amazon never informed me of the conflict The app said that the restaurant would be able to deliver my food but the restaurant stated they were unable to When I contact the apps customer service they were rude and unhelpful Dont risk spending your money through this app     Awful

This app locks up on start up EVERYTIME I have to delete and reinstall the app any time I want to use it So annoying and cuts into my 2 hour delivery time        Freezes

The service is great As a prime member I wish there was one Amazon app where everything was integrated vs having different apps for Amazon Prime Now Amazon Fresh Amazon Local etc This version of the app is not working well with iOS 9 and I hope there soon is an update        Great service ok app

Not only was it difficult to just find this app in the App Store I had to use a browser to find the App Store link but it seems wholly unnecessary Why force us to use another Amazon app Optimization is not good on the 2ndgen iPad which ends up looking like a preRentina iPhone app centered in the screen Search results display by default in the products enlarged photo which took me a moment to figure out what was happening Search is not as robust as the Amazoncom engine it seems The same search parameters on the two different platforms PrimeNow app and browser yields different results        Horrible on iPad 2 gen

7 Amazon tablet 4999 on Amazon site but 12999 thru primenow what Ripoff Plus they want you to tip 10 What is Prime membership for Free delivery I dont tip UPS USPS OR FEDEX why YOU Do you not pay your drivers who seemed pretty creepy in my experience Some random person in random car walks up and hands me a bag with one item suggested tip mind blowing 1800 This is promoted as free with Prime membership Plain BS     WAY more than site

Come on Amazon this is a prime app so we prime members want it to be wrapped up into 1 app instead of Amazon fresh and now Allow people to search through the Amazon app for Now products     Good app but why different apps

We havent used it much but if you throw in the reality factor dont plan on getting a head of lettuce or your local brand of oat nut cereal it fits a niche Weve decided its the I thought you bought the Fritos sorr of party panic or His birthday is today rescue service Yes I wish it was more seamlessy integrated with the Amazon app but that will probably happen once Amazon gets Prime Now debugged and rolled out to more areas You essentially have to live NMT 45 minutes from an Amazon warehouse Unless they have some pads around and a fleet of OV22s Which would not surprise me Five stars when things get a little more together One star if it comes on a drone              Good when used as advertised

I love the actual Amazon App but this one is just strange I dont really see the point in it Not only that but they dont deliver in my city Weird Anyway I got rid of the app and probably wont get it again unless there are major improvements Not only that but items are limited I love my plain ol Amazon App        Not as expected

Im a doctor still in fellowship recently studying for my board exam and I truly dont have time to go to the store I have been subsisting on cereal without milk and ramen for the past few years occasionally worrying that my cat was gonna starve if I didnt get to the store that night she didnt the little rascal substituting Kleenex for TP and viceversa but now I can get organic frozen food Amys OJ organic eggs organic milk see a trend here my Illy Italian macchiatos snacks for work more ramen if I so desire I dont TP and Kleenex hangers for my closet sheets for my bed a new lamp an alarm clock ice creamwith NO markup in price and it gets here in 2 hours for free with an optional tip This is a gamechanger for me Oh and the app works great                 Amazon is changing my life again 5 stars and thanks Amazon

This service is very convenient for a variety of reasons eg if you need a few groceries delivered in a pinch or youre out of office supplies during a work day and dont have the time to pick them up I am time poor and so find this very helpful The delivery team is polite and orders almost always arrive ahead of schedule never late As for the app itself there were a few bugs in the first few releases but theyve been ironed out and it works well now I would recommend both the service and the app to others                 Handy Service

Im an Amazon Prime member am excluded from this service and yet I am charged the same yearly fee     No delivery to my area

Tried it twice and both time the order was here is less than a hour and a half Its cool to track the driver on the map and see when he shows up I think the should pay the drivers fair wages and get rid of tipping I already pay for prime for delivery and dont tip ups on my 2 day deliveries Great service though selection is limited Hopefully it will expand                 Works great

Its great if you ran out of toilet paper or toothpaste and cant leave the house but frankly the guy delivering it did not deserve a tip He didnt know how to use my buzzer and when I tried calling him he just said Hello and then it was dead air I tried talking to him but just heard what he was doing in the background I guess he didnt know how to work a phone either Amazon if you think your delivery people deserve tips make sure they know how to do their job        Helpful in a pinch but

Prime now has some issues and I wont use it again Its more of a hassle than a convenienceI have used this several times only because I love one of the vendors available via Prime Now Every time I have ordered I received a text saying some of the items arent available and would I like to duplicate Each time I replied with clear instructions I received a response sorry I missed connecting with you on your order details To ensure ontime delivery all out of stock items have been removed from your order Its a robotic response Not really an app that is ready for Prime Time     Serious Fail

How is it considered free shipping if you tip the guy who delivers a package The items you can order are limited and the delivery range is as well        Drivers expect a tip
