This review is on the app itself and NOT the program as a whole The School Asset Manager system is great as a whole but I have the app and can almost never use it I sign into the browser and use the program from there which is very annoying on mobile I would much rather use the app as it s made to fit the dimensions of my phone screen The real problem with the app is that it refreshes every single time you switch to another app or put it in the app switcher and goes back to its home screen instead of staying on the screen I was working on This is quite frustrating in many many scenarios I m a technician so I m out and about taking care of all my different sites so I use SAM constantly but if I go away from the app for any reason I m brought back to its home screen the scan menu Say I want to switch to the browser real quick to do a web search or I need to answer an email respond to a text make a call etc if I do any of these things I will have to navigate to the Helpdesk tab My Tickets Select the site scroll down to get back to the ticket I m working on This costs too much time when I have many different sites with multiple tickets This renders the app almost useless for me hence the very low rating on the app Please address this as I really want to use the app as opposed to the browser version Thank you     Never use the app because of one annoying thing TheMainMachine
