Unacceptable for a credit union of this size to have an app that looks like it hasnt been updated since the first iOS especially when it comes to security fixes and bugs that can put sensitive financial data in harms way     Outdated

Update for iPhone 5 would be great App very out of date        Functional but needs update

Quick access to account information and the ability to transfer money makes this app quite useful Only thing I would ask for is the ability to transfer tofrom linked outside accounts              Easy to use great interface

Touch ID logins are becoming the norm for banking apps Not available here though The interface hasnt changed in at least two years a lot of stuff could stand to be cleaned up Not sure about all this gray either           Spruced up a little bit but same old same old

Deposited a check first try no problem Check balance find ATM Havent tried to transfer money yet but the app seems to work like a charm I dont see what everyone is complaining about              Works fine

This app works quite well deposits work fine using iPhone 5 It does however need an update to support the iPhone 5s larger screen Push notifications would be a nice feature as would the ability to check messagessend messages from and to Alliant              Makes Banking Much Easier

1 Touch ID 2 External bank transfers 3 UI is ugly and terrible to use Sorry I hate to leave bad reviews but its been way too long that this application has been left behind Bottom line I dont use the bank because the application is so useless I do most of my banking from my phone not the desktop Its 2015     Left Behind

The app shows transactions but not a running account balance From a financial institution Really The only thing this app helps is Alliants revenues from overdraft fees This level of apathy towards the clientcustomer has me currently in the process of changing credit unions     Stunningly flawed

This app needs two features 1 iPhone 5 support 2 Full credit card support The app has been out for almost two years and is still missing some basic features that can be easily implemented           Missing critical features

Compared to other banks like simple and discover this app is disappointing TouchID has not been implemented nor has a PIN feature Notifications dont seem to be a thing either Alliant you are my favorite bankcredit union but your app causes me to never do any mobile banking through you     Needs work

No TouchID login Why No widget support let me see my balance without logging in I had hoped for a watch glance in this update but nope Same outdated app but with new features I dont want I REALLY loathe PayPal Not a fan of that being the P2P provider Im assuming there are fees but they are not disclosed anywhere This is typical of PayPal to hide fees and not disclose restrictions but this is not typical of Alliant I wont use this feature and hopefully Alliant will discontinue their relationship with PayPal This version crashes much more than the previous The PFM is just a window to the mobile web page and it crashes a LOT The help screen crashes ANY of the embedded browser pages crash regularly There is no way this app was properly tested It was not obvious to me that the main window now scrolls Poor UI design Again poor QA work This app has fallen way behind the times While other financial institutions are embracing security features like TouchID and balance check with no login Alliant has let this app sit and rot Its a real shame because the CU itself is good     Still Falling Behind

I liked the previous version of this app but the update seems to have a bad array string at the log on screen which makes the app completely useless I have emailed tech support several times in hopes of a fix but to no availit would be a great app if it worked     Bad Array String at login

Other than that its fine for checking the account balances or transferring within Alliant           Cant transfer tofrom outside accounts

5 stars for having a mobile check deposit feature but 3 stars subtracted for it not working properly First off when you try to take a picture of the check there is no option for camera flash so the lighting has to be just right Second this app converts your nice beautiful check images into crappy two tone pixelated black white barely legible rorschach images Which forces you to retake the photo twenty times just to make the image more readable and then it tells you the photo is the wrong size too small Third once you finally manage to submit your mobile deposit it wont be available for 2 days and wont even show up as a pending transaction so you dont even know if it went through or not I used to bank with chase before I switched to alliant credit union and they had a great mobile app Im thinking of switching back now        Facepalm

The app does what it needs to do most of the time The design really needs an update And if it worked with Touch ID that would be awesome           Its Alright

Ive had this app for a few months now I use it mostly for managing accounts and doing mobile deposits No problems works great                 Easy functional

This app works great for depositing checks The deposit limit is 10x Chase bank app Saves me gas and time Thanks Alliant CU                 Time saver

I am very happy with the bank itself but this mobile app needs some investment Bill pay payees often fail to load just a blank screen and the ATM finder could really use a map The check deposit works fine but I expect a lot more from a bank with whom I have no physical interface        some things work sometimes

Works as I expected Found the app to be user friendly Easy to access account info and transfer funds Only drawback is ATM locator does not permit filter for deposit ATMs however Alliant Mobile Deposit app takes care of that need and it did not display nocharge ATMs in overseas locations              Works fine on my iOS 6

I primarily use my mobile banking apps to deposit checks Unfortunately I have yet to successfully deposit a check with the Alliant mobile app After I take the picture inapp my pictures have their contrast increased to the point where you cannot make out any details on the check making the deposit impossible I am unsure d it is just my device or the app overall but I have had no luck fixing issue thus far Other than that everything seems to work fine The aesthetics are lacking and I t can be a bit clunky when transferring money and navigating the app though I would try and mimic the new Chase bank app which I have had no trouble with functionally or aesthetically Though it makes sense that Chase has a nicer app since its a considerably larger bank with a bigger resource pool and more users Honestly I would be rating 5 stars if the mobile deposit worked properly for me Hopefully this is fixed soon        Trouble Depositing Checks

Im taking perfect photos but it keeps getting deleted over and over You dont want to accept thousands of dollars from me Makes no sense This is frustrating because WF B of A and Chase all have great apps and mobile deposit Also this really needs iPhone 5 support The next iPhone and iOS is coming out real soon ya hear Invest just a little more in the app and you will keep more customers or lose less     Mobile deposit is worthless

The app was improved as it is now ridiculously fast to browse but still lacking features that are essential Cant view credit score like on the site cant do transfers to other banks either Needs TouchID support like the Amex BofA Capital One etc Its also laughable that PayPal implemented TouchID support before this app did At best for just looking your balance and thats it           Now blazing fast but needs TouchID
