I m quite happy with the services of ADCB Yet I m quite disappointed to see the bank be so behind all the tech The app for iOS is quite mediocre and so is the website If you compare it to it s competitors in the UAE this app is definitely years behind what they re offering I really hope they pick up the game or I ll have to leave them for a competitor Outdated App by Competitors Darkhell7

But that s not saying much It does what it is supposed to But no support for newer phones when it comes to screen sizes Better than the web version Clouchi

The previous version was not great but at least it was functional This one crashes as soon as you open it Please fix this And for heavens sake REMOVE the start animation It is useless and a waste of time Keeps crashing

The app was 2 stars before the latest upgrade because of a stupid flash screen you had to watch every time you opened the app With this app you can do all the basic things for online banking It could be improved by making a better user interface showing better transaction history and detail and having a full monthly statement with per transaction balance information and not just a list of transaction amounts A good basic banking app

Never take ADCB credit cards I made a transaction for 1730 using the card I was charged 71 dollars fees for non aed transaction highest in uae credit cards Then the transaction was refunded and I was shocked to know that the amount is 1630 I called them and the agent kept explaining about currency exchange and bla bla bla seriously he didnt know what is going on just trying to convince me All in all i lost 170 for this transaction Worst credit cards

Really like the design and functionality but HATE the animation that you see when you launch the App Can you PLEASE remove the animation and just let it straight away launch to the main screen Nice App with Horrible Startup
