Accounts 2 Checkbook

I love this app Been using Microsoft Money for 10 years on my laptop and wanted something close to this on mu iPad I tried 4 other apps and this one will be my last Gives me the chance to do recurring and transfers between accounts then I get my running totals plus I can see my balance after I reconcile and it matches my banks and credit cards statements The only problem is that I have to change the iPad date forward a month then open the app to get the recurring charges to load to the accounts then go back the put back the system time to todays date The recurring that were posted are there to stay for that month ahead which makes it easier what I can spend for the next month Tedious but it solves that problem Hope the the creators of this app takes notes for future updates Thank you for this great tool                 My Life Saver

App looks solid The addition of sub categories would make this app much more useful I miss PocketMoney This looks like the closest replacement Ive found so far that is solid I dont care to sync with a computer if I can pull good category reports on the iPhone              Looks Great Just needs sub categories

I used to keep track of my income and expenses in an Excel spreadsheet to run reports and facilitate a running log Accidentally deleted the file just before I decided to try this app No need to recreate my customized spreadsheet because this app does it all I especially love the ability to store receipt imaged with each entry                 Perfection in home accounting

Ive had it for over a year now and find it to be easy to navigate keep track of multiple accounts and EASILY search for a transaction I love the icloud sync feature One of my only gripes is that emailing the data can take a lot of space so you need to select it in intervals I highly recommend it              Simplicity LOVE IT

This is a very nice application for keeping track of what you spend The only problem is that the information you put on your iPhone does not always sync with your iPad And if you dont manually sync it you may lose data I have turned on iCloud sync but its not working well              Very nice

Very good for daily use iCloud sync is nice when it works Constantly having to disable and reset to get transactions to sync across all devices Overall good suggested a few usability tweaks that would be good but got blown off by developers           Great App Minor Issues

Ive been using this app to balance my accounts for years and live it Please add an apple watch extension that will allow us to enter expenses quickly from the watch                 Used everyday for years

I love this appit has helped to simplify the ledger process sooo much I always need to know what my balance is and how it matches my real bank acct With this app I dont forget about checks or auto pays ever It keeps my purchases in check                 Alwayspoor

It just fails in my device when I try to download As soon as I enable sync fails to download with iCloud The instructions arent hard and my old phone told me it uploaded successfully oh well        Loved it until I tried iCloud sync

I had an app i used for years Suddenly stopped working tho and after buying 3 others and didnt have all i needed i finally found this one Very happy                 Two thumbs up

I love this app It is so easy to use and has so many wonderful features I would recommend this app to everyone I was so discouraged with my previous checkbook program that I was considering going to a paper checkbook But I found this app and my problems are solved Thank you so much for such a great app                 Best Checkbook App EVER

Love the app but using iCloud for sync is not a good idea Ive tried numerous times to get it to sync including resetting and manual syncing it just doesnt work properly There should be no need for a manual uploaddownload syncing should be automatic but even that doesnt work consistently Using Dropbox for backup sync is far superior to iCloud and should be an option as it is with almost all of my other syncing apps Day One sets the standard with beautiful seamless syncing Definitely a 5 star app if they resolve the sync issues           Needs Dropbox sync

Been looking for a basic check register type app and this app fits the bill Streamlined look and easy to navigate Basic reports that are ok too                 Easy to use

I have been using this app for years and it is the most userfriendly of them all The only issue I have found is the only way to share uptodate access is via using the same iTunes but we dont I have mine and my husband has his To get around this my husband texts me his spending amounts and I enter them into the register I can backup using Dropbox and then he can restore from Dropbox and so we never overdraft                 Absolutely love this app

SVT needs to be very clear of the fact that in order for the customer to use this across two phones for a joint account both phones must be on the same iCloud I have three phones used by three different people each with their own iCloud account I wish I could have seen this before I purchased     Cannot Use Have Two iCloud Accounts

This is my goto app for keeping track of my spending I love how you can categorize transactions to see where your money is going Best account management app in the App Store Very easy to use and Ive never had any technical issues using it 5 stars all day                 Awesome

This is simply one of the best apps I own and the one I use most often It is well worth its modest purchase price Im an older computer user and I am amazed that 199 will buy a piece of software this sophisticated                 A Great and Essential App

The app works great I use it for iPhone And iPad Sometimes I noticed that my iPad goes out of sync with cloud data once in a while No amount of forced syncing works I have to delete the app and reload and connect to cloud again That syncs the data However I had a major issue now after iOs9 upgrade I only upgraded the iPad I keep getting an error saying cannot sync with the cloud make sure you have logged into iCloud I am logged in To test it I forced a iPad back up to cloud and that worked But this app still cannot sync PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE              Decent app

It seems his app and its predecessor have very big issues with sync My primary is an iPad Air and secondary is a iPhone 6 When I try to upload the DB from the iPad the program always crashes before completing the upload On iOS 8 it only gave me Up to March on the iPhonejust tried it again on iOS9 and got up to June By the way its sort of the same way if I try to go via email or Dropbox app crashes before complete I like the app a lot otherwise           Good except for iCloud sync

This apps does everything I need it to do Works great Would like some Apple watch integration But overall it works as it should and I like it                 Great App

I am not one to trust an app but this is the exception I have used this one long enough that I know the little in and outs of it and it does just what I want it to I tracks my accounts and thats all Very good                 Most used app I have

I have loved this app and rely on it daily to keep me organized Lately it is asking several times upon opening the app if I want to delete temporary documents I answer and it keeps asking Its annoying and problematic because now Im not sure it is actually synced with my iCloud account Would love to see this resolved              Great app until recently

This app is awesome but I have one small suggestion Im constantly changing the names of the Categories for various reasons but theres no way that I know of to delete old ones It gets annoying when trying to review monthly reports and youve got a repeated entry with different categories It would be great to add that option to the next update              Love it but

This is my 3rd app that I have downloaded in 2013 and I absolutely LOVED it until yesterday Not sure if its a bug or what as the app developer has not respond back to me I just noticed that the calculator did not subtract correctly on only one transaction Driving me buggy If I dont hear a response soon I am out again looking for another app when I really dont want to as this really is a great app              almost a 5 stars

Ive been a loyal iPhone user since 2007 I have never written an app review until now I have been looking and looking for an app to keep my finances in order I have tried a ton I downloaded this mid August and I have to say I have been consistently using it everyday which is saying something for me I needed this app to help me keep track of my spending I havent used a check book register in almost 10 years Needless to say Ive been spending money frivolously I love this app because 1 Its simple 2 Its ease of use 3 I can add my own accounts 4 I can search for a transaction 5 It automatically calculates 6 The reports 7 The recurring payments I do have some suggestions 1 It would be great for people like me who also use it for budgeting to be able to have subaccounts For instance I have a separate checking account at my bank where my nonbill money goes to But within that account I have my money budgeted into different categories like food gas entertainment etc Right now in this app I have those as different accounts and then I have to manually add all those up to make sure it balances with the main account The same with my savings account I have one savings but the money in it is divided up into categories like travel emergency money reg savings etc 2 Report options I would like to be able to see more than just a calendar month I would like to see a week or even enter my dates to pull a report 3 A popup calculator anywhere in the app Right now I have to open up my calculator on my phone which kicks me out of the app It would be awesome to have one in the app you can open anytime without loosing your place 4 I would like the app to give me suggestions about my money For example you spent x amount of money on food this month Based on your income you should have only spent x amount of money Or general tips on money matters would be great also If these things were added to your app you would be one of the top in finance Im picky and Im hard to please and this has been a life saver even though I havent even used it for a month I will also be updating my review as I keep using it Thank you              My First Ever App Review

I bought this app to be able to use it on my iPad and iPhone but the sync is not reliable Very disappointed     So so App

I really like this app because it has made it so much easier to keep my personal and business checking account balanced reconciled and to keep a record on different kinds of expenses                 Awsome

Been using original app for a couple years just switched to accounts 2 but cant see any advantage to it This app has only 4 reports and doesnt allow user to define reports or create different story reports I need to be able to separate personal from business The app lets you have many different story accounts but puts all records in to the basic 4 reports Too Bad           Limited reports

Average program However the icloud sync performs horribly Lost 2 months of transactions because the backup copy supposedly synced in the cloud was from November           iCloud sync absolutely stinks

Awesome is the only word that describes this app My wife is the worlds worst procrastinator and I used to bring her receipts from town and ask her to write them down in the checkbook Sometimes they would get written down and sometimes not Now I can record my own transactions and the are immediately synced over iCloud now no more overdrafts                 Wes

Im not associated w developer Review updated after 2 months using this app I switched to Accounts2 from an older 2012 app that was no longer supported I hung on for a long time but the older app finally crashed my phone I am pleasantly surprised with Accounts2 the initial entering of accounts was smooth corrections are simple and my accounts are in order The transition was easy I am learning YNAB You Need A Budget to get a longerterm perspective but Accounts2 I use daily and then enter into YNAB on the weekend I suspect that I will continue to use Accounts2 for a long time as long as the developer supports it because it is so easy to use daytoday so I dont spend money I dont really have Nice Work                 Very Smooth Setup and Daily Entries

Great app it would be helpful to be able to manually reorder the transactions to aid in reconciling the check book but hopefully well see that soon                 Easy to use

Very simple checkbook application without much thought put into managing accounts Account has basic transaction information You cannot convert any regular transaction into a repeating transaction The view on the account doesnt have a filter to show all transactions which are reconciled Nor does it have a future balance capability based on recurring transactions The recurring transactions are sorted by their recurrence which isnt valuable when you are looking for what bills are coming due     Not worth the money

FIX THIS APP Been using for a couple of years Was a great app now its not Will not sync between devices unless you do it manually uploadingdownloading database and MANY TIMES not even then FRUSTRATED Last update did not fix this problem Wish I knew how to create an app     Frustrated wapp

between my two devices the cloud sync always glitches especially if I havent opened the app on one of my devices In a day I have to upload the database to the cloud on the one device that I know is accurate Then on my other device I have to download the database shut it down download it a second time then it will sync A little annoying              Love it but

I have had this app for more than a year This does exactly what I wanted it to dokeeps my checking account up to date and accurately balanced In addition I can add all of my automatic withdrawals with the withdrawal date when I receive the bill and it deducts when the accounts are to be deducted Would recommend it to everyone Give it 5 stars every time I use it                 Accounts2

Ive used this app for a few years The sync functionality of this app used to work well However that functionality recently quit working Ive reinstalled the app and tried to restore from my primary devices most recent database through iCloud sync Unfortunately the most recent data that loads is over 1 year old Im now stuck managing family finances by sharing individual transactions to all of my other devices one email at a time while I actively look for a replacement     No Sync

I use my debit card more than anything else This app is great for keeping track of my money and to match my bank I also use it for credit cards and savings as well Great app does what it says and have no problems with the version its using                 Great balance app

I would love this ap and rate 5 stars if it had the ability to transfer funds between accounts instead of doing two transactions Please work on updating the ap for transfers              I like it

Persistent iCloud sync problems between my iPhone and iPad iOS version the same followed all directions etc toggled iCloud drives did EVERYTHING advised to do and this still does not sync It has ALWAYS been hit or missdeciding for itself when it chooses to work My advice would be to quit saying it works when it more often does not        iCloud sync

I use this app on a daily basis Absolutely love it 1 suggestion is to be able to see the reoccurring transactions a week or so in advance Meaning have it show up so you can see whats coming Thanks so much                 Use it everyday
