Needs to be fixed Keeps telling me I have no internet connection I have full bars Im even on WiFi So please fix this Fix

AccessHealth has a ridiculous and unnecessarily complicated website this application is an extension of that worthless information inside cant even pull up my information because my username and password from website dont work in app as stated created a new login inside the app and surprise still doesnt work in app What a terrible company do you get paid more to make the app so complicated that people cant use or renew their insurance worse than the website
