I started using this yesterday I woke up sore this morning The directions are very clear Its simple which I like No background music or other distractions Just a simple whistle to start and stop each exercise                 Raises your heartrate Quick Sore the next day

The app is nice if you want a quick workout with a video I completed the workout after my run and it was a nice addition to my cardioendurance workout However I was a little disappointed that I couldnt play music along with the workout to keep my motivation level up           Wish I could play music
The app does not change their workout The workouts stay the same and theres no option to expand ones exercise methods     Work out DO NOT change

I highly recommend this app for people like me who have a tough time exercising the app helps to encourage you and also theres no reason not to do the workouts Its only 7 minutes right Theyve got them for different levels and I always feel great after doing them The only thing I could wish is that it told you how many calories youd burned in one session but maybe they dont tell you because the number isnt super high                 Awesome

I am in my 40s and am working to get beyond just yoga This was the right amount of challenge for me and its easier knowing it will only last for 7 minutes It would be very nice to be able to listen to music or a podcast simultaneously though              Good work out for beginners

Paid the extra 300 for the 5 extra locked workouts and they will not unlock no matter what I do     Rip off
The girl used in this video is one that could have been pulled off the street in most of the exercises Please if you waste your money on this app do NOT imitate how she does the exercises especially with push ups and squats The way she does them will lead to injuries Second they dont even have her doing the exercises all the way through but instead have a short clip that gets repeated for the time period Another example of her being someone pulled off the street She only had to each exercise for one rep This is not a very motivating factor when even those selling the fitness wont put out the effort themselves Overall Im sad I wasted my money I got this to do as a warm up to my main exercises and now Im wishing I just stuck with doing it on my own     Poor Form Poor Example
