Whoa this is a big step for me Lots of unusual ingredients for me to try Yikes I DEFINITELY had to add stevia to some of those smoothies Not sure how one could drink cocoa powder with nothing to offset the bitterness of it I like this challenge though and will keep plugging along I also like all the informative guides Lots of info And the shopping lists are super helpful             Branching out of my comfort zone Sunroo

It has completely changed my relationship with vegetables and even fruit I feel more in love with natural foods than ever before I think it really has kicked my sugar addiction a bit but I still do plan on indulging every once in a while when I go out or so But I am definitely going to be incorporating this into my already vegan diet I always wanted to try going raw but didn t know what to make and this app has helped so much I will continue to use some of the recipes I really enjoyed in my everyday life I never felt hungry even when I stayed up past dinner no midnight cravings and every meal didn t feel like a chore or as if I was on a diet It s just an amazing experience to taste food with a new perspective in a way Great app but could use some clarification in some recipes and substitutions and so forth But overall amazing and a great way to start incorporating more colorful veggies in your diet in a fun delicious way Highly recommend this app to those who want an overall healthier diet or just want to kick sugar to the curb                     Amazing daughtr

I m not sure who came up with the recipes for this detox but it s not ideal I m on Day 2 of the low sugar detox and after eating that apple hemp soup for dinner I am completely over this detox Food to an extent should be enjoyable The only thing I have genuinely enjoyed on this detox are the snacks Day 1 was full of Lemon and Lime both of which all recipes required too much of You guys want us to put in large amounts of the fruits and seasonings that are very overbearing                     Gag worthy Zombie Mania!

Being that I m not vegan nor do I follow a plant based diet this has been an interesting week I was completely unfamiliar with many of the ingredients the recipes called for hemp seeds dulse flakes nutritional yeast but was open to try new things Many of the recipes were terrible some were okay enough to have again when I am not cleansing I really didn t like the morning smoothies too thin and citrusy for me But I have found some new ingredients that I will find ways to work into my regular diet which is great I found that the grocery lists were inaccurate and the recipe directions were too vague or have errors By day 3 the headaches were gone and I was really feeling great I could tell the cleanse was working because I wasn t feeling as snacky and desperate for the next meal I have lost weight and feel like I really have readjusted my body s cravings need for sugar the grocery list was expensive I spent about 175 for one week of food from the grocery list some of which was never called for in a recipe if you don t like lemon lime flavors you won t like the food this is a vegan diet no meat dairy animal products whatsoever This was hard for me to get used to and what I missed the most this week the app itself is great user friendly easy to use pretty the cleanse worked I found some new ingredients I will be using in the future             This was interesting deb_de

This app is beautiful I love all the features from the motivating luscious looking recipes with full color pics to the shopping list and daily tracker This detox looks totally doable The meals look creative but manageable probably don t need to be too savvy in the kitchen The recipes sound absolutely delicious and something I WOULD eat even CRAVE I actually bought the other 2 apps they sell buy the bundle great deal that way Now I don t need to keep pinning and consulting my Pinterest account for menu ideas                 So excited to start Addicted to birds game
