Since its like a calender it helped me visually see where i was and check off what i had done first days were hard but ive never worked out before mslowly i got used to it and the rest of the month was easier People say they see my theighs more toned and my butt actually rounder One thing i mainly noticed was that my theighs were harder and thicker in a good way i finished this challenge and i plan on trying the rest of there challenges Got me motivated Liznshaun
