This app deserves zero stars The app keeps crashing after of 10 seconds of opening it I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times Afterwards I was not able to update any of my information I can only open a new account but I cannot login no matter how many times I try After the update I expected things to get better they only got a million times worse Don t even bother calling their customer service is horrible and not responsive Shame on you Pango     Horrible Useless App Smick X

Very difficult to figure out if your Hebrew is not that good My kids speak Hebrew well so for them its a cinch But I have trouble figuring it out It would be so easy to just put a few English words under the Hebrew Please developers you all speak English probably so why not make it user friendly in English So I would give it 4 5 stars if I spoke Hebrew and no stars for when I use it         English pleeeeeze Dr. Bernie E

I ve been to Israel like 20 times The local communities there are relying more and more on Pango rather than local parking arrangements This makes it very difficult for visitors to legally park unless they can read Hebrew Please make this app also work in English and take international credit cards as well Thank you     English Quality Enhancer

I have had numerous occasions where I have notified that a traffic agent has reviewed my car and found I paid through Pango I have also preset Pango for the next day without an issue However I apply for the service through my telephone A web based app in English would be very helpful                     Pango Rbernstein

I don t mind paying half a shekel to activate parking But charging 5 ils a month for notification through SMS is plain stupid because the application can do this for free through push notification Some more problems Why doesn t it recognize the city I m in through the gps Why no fast resume support I had I register and fill out my phone and car number and when I switched to another app to get my credit card number it reset everything when coming back That s just poor development practices If these issues improve I will change the review to 5 stars             Poor user experience Assaf Lavie
